CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are nonrefundable and nontransferrable including deposit fees. A 48 hour notice is required for all appointments needing to be rescheduled. Only one reschedule request is allowed before deposit is forfeited. Any reschedule requests within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and another deposit will be required in order to book any further appointments. Cancellations, no-shows, or tardiness exceeding 15 minutes past appointment time will also result in the loss of your deposit.
